Our work covers issues on:
- Develop and implement urban policies and programs focusing on housing, water, sanitation, solid waste, and transport planning
- Institutional strengthening and capacity building
- Urban land management
- Cadaster data management and deed automation systems
- Disaster risk management
We work with governments, investors, and donors to help them deliver their vision of the modern urbanization through sound programs and technical assistance in areas:
- Advisory services in planning, design, and management of urban development programs;
- Feasibility studies and prepare detailed designs as well as assess the technical, social safeguard, environmental, land, resettlement, financial and economic feasibility of the construction of the projects.
- Conduct studies and develop Environmental Action Plan (EAP), Indigenous Peoples Plan (IPP), Environmental and Social Framework (ESF), and Environmental and Social Management Framework (ESMF).
- Data analysis and analytical dashboards for urban development projects
- Develop policy papers, program documents, and guidelines in areas of public finance management, municipal finance, governance operational risk assessments, integrated management information systems, and e-government with public-private partnership focus.
